Yummy-Tummy Tiffin is our humble endeavor to provide delectable home-cooked meals that are less spicy and less oily, especially for those who are away from home. We follow the traditional Dabba practice for tiffin serving and use eco-friendly, reusable packaging to minimize both organic and inorganic waste.
In order to further reduce food wastage, we kindly request that you refer to our Food Cancellation Policy and cancel any orders accordingly. We promise not to deduct any amount for such requests. By working together, we can make a positive impact on the environment.

Terms & Conditions
Tiffin Damage Policy:
At Yummy-Tummy Tiffin, we want to ensure that our customers have a hassle-free experience when ordering our tiffin services. As such, we do not take any upfront tiffin damage deposits.
However, in the event that a tiffin box is damaged, we kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible so that we can take appropriate action. The client will be liable to pay a fee of up to 250 INR (depending on the extent of the damage) either in cash or from their deposit (whichever is feasible).
We understand that accidents can happen, but we also want to ensure that our tiffin boxes remain in good condition for all of our customers to enjoy. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
Monthly Package Policy:
At Yummy-Tummy Tiffin, we offer flexible payment options for your convenience. You can choose to pay for the days you eat, either on a daily basis or in packages.
For package tariffs that extend over a period of 3 months, 6 months, or more, we also have an EMI policy available. Our team can discuss this option with you depending on the duration of your plan.
If you opt for a one-month package (recurring or non-recurring), a minimum upfront payment of 50% is required to start the plan on discounted rates. The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days of the initial payment date. Failure to do so will result in subsequent tiffins being charged at the daily basis rate instead of the discounted rate.
We understand the importance of managing your finances, which is why we offer these flexible payment options to help you save money while enjoying delicious home-cooked meals. Any remaining balance is carried forward to the following month, so you can continue to enjoy our tiffin services hassle-free.
Deduction and Refund Policy:
We understand that plans can change and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to provide a fair refund policy for our valued clients.
If you cancel your daily meal/tiffin as per our Terms of Cancellation, there will be no deduction from the amount deposited. However, if you cancel your daily meal/tiffin at the last minute or without informing us or against our Cancellation Policy, the full amount of that meal/tiffin plus an additional 8% will be deducted.
In case you decide to cancel a plan before its expiry, there will be a 20% deduction of the total package cost as a cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to you in 7 to 10 business days.
Please note that any refunds will be processed via the same mode of payment used for the initial transaction. We strive to provide a hassle-free refund experience to our clients while maintaining transparency and fairness in all our dealings.
Terms of Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel a meal or tiffin, please let us know at least 4-5 hours before the scheduled delivery time. For breakfast cancellations, kindly inform us by the night before the delivery day.
In the event of a last-minute cancellation, a deduction will be made in accordance with our Deduction and Refund Policy. To avoid any inconvenience, we encourage you to carefully review our policy and contact us if you have any questions.
Holiday at YTT Policy:
Our dedicated team works tirelessly to provide you with home-cooked quality food, improved services, and timely tiffin delivery. Your satisfaction and happy faces are the biggest motivation for us to keep going every day. However, for our team to take some time off and recharge, we have reserved holidays each month, in addition to the List of Important Holidays.
We won't be serviceable twice a month:

On the 15th of every month

And the 28th / 30th / 31st / the last day of every month
If any special meal day clashes with our reserved holidays, we will compensate it the next day to make it equally special for you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
